Discover the Five S framework behind every great RTT hypnotherapy website — and follow along as I build a new one every week from a randomised brief.

In a world where everything is one tap, one Google search away from being accessible, visibility is no longer a commodity - it is a necessity.

Mental health professionals have never been more needed, and yet, despite an increasing client pool, some RTT practitioners remain invisible to clients who need them most.

Why?

Is it a lack of online presence? An outdated website? A missing marketing strategy?

The truth is far more complex.

It could be one of these reasons or all three.

Getting an audit from a web designer - nudge, nudge, wink, wink ;D - would be a good start to give you an answer.

But if you have 5 minutes to spare, this post will give you more clarity on why you are stuck.

Now, I could list all the DOs and DON’Ts of web design and establishing one’s online presence, but chances are, if you are reading this, you are a h e a l e r f i r s t, business second and web designer last.

So, instead of telling you what a great RTT website looks like - how about I show you instead?

Introducing Brief Roulette:

A website designing challenge where a randomised brief becomes an RTT practitioner’s dream website, built in one week.

Every week. A new specialty. A new ideal client. A new brand.

All randomly generated and made into a website that actually converts.

Web Designer for RTT Hypnotherapists and healing professionals

Hi! I’m the one behind Tranceform Designs!

But, I am not j u s t a web designer looking at RTT from the outside.

I’m a certified RTT hypnotherapist myself which is why I know exactly what your website should be doing and why it is not.

This is why I created Brief Roulette: to show you what goes into successfully designing a website that transforms visitors into clients. You can follow the progress of each episode of Brief Roulette - there will be many - by tuning in on LinkedIn or Instagram. The final result - the fully fleshed out website - will be up by the end of the week on my Blog and YouTube channel.

Now, let’s deep dive into how Brief Roulette is conducted and the framework behind it: the 5 S’s.

What They Specialise In

Every RTT Practitioner has their own area of expertise, more often than not, one that stems from professional and/or personal experience outside of RTT.

For Brief Roulette, I pull the Source from the following specialties:

Who Their Ideal Client Is

A visitor who feels seen is a client who books. Thus, RTT practitioners need to know exactly who they’re helping because speaking to everyone gets you in front of no one.

For Brief Roulette, I take 2 elements into account because your ideal client isn’t just ‘a demographic’; they’re a person at a specific moment in their lives, in a specific context.

What Their Voice Feels Like

Branding does not stop at fonts and colour palettes. It’s the vibe your site gives off, the feeling someone gets when they land on your page before a single word is even read.

Nail it and people will stick around, give you a chance.

Miss the mark and miss some potential clients.

For Brief Roulette, I am grounding the Soul in Pinterest aesthetics so that each episode looks and feels unique.

Functionalities for RTT Website

What Their Website Truly Needs

Websites can be as simple as a landing page or as complex as a platform with multiple pages, services, courses, blogs and a plethora of other web elements.

For Brief Roulette, 3 wheels determine the scope of the Sight:

  1. Is it a single-page or multi-page website?

  2. If multi-page, how many additional pages will there be?

  3. Which web elements are required?

What Makes It Interesting

No RTT practitioner wants a website for the sake of it. They need a website to answer a specific problem.

It could be as straightforward as having an exclusively online practice, or it could be to showcase the multiple services they offer all in one convenient place.

Whatever the reason is, as the equivalent of the Presenting Problem, the Spice must be resolved in the website build.

For Brief Roulette, this is the list of Spice I pull from:
